Chalet Capella

Splendid 9-bedroom chalet, 700 metres from the pedestrian centre of Megève, with magnificent views over the village, Rochebrune and Mont d’Arbois. With a surface area of around 700 m², spread over 4 floors with lift, Chalet Capella can accommodate 14 people (maximum capacity accepted). On the 1^st floor, it offers a huge, open and very bright living space, comprising a lounge with fireplace and cathedral ceiling, a TV lounge with fireplace, a billiards table, a kitchen with central island, a dining room with wine cellar and a large furnished balcony. The bedrooms are divided between the basement (1 double bedroom), the ground floor (4 double bedrooms and a children’s bedroom with 4 bunk beds) and the 2nd floor (3 bedrooms including the master bedroom, a double bedroom and a twin bedroom). The ground floor also features a beautiful swimming pool, which is very bright because it opens onto the outside via a large bay window. The wellness area is located below in the basement and includes a steam room, a sauna, a gym and a massage room. A games room with TV complete the last level.
