Chalet Perles d'Arbois

Chalet Perles d’Arbois is one of the most luxurious chalets in Megève thanks to its size (1500 sqm), facilities and location. Located at the foot of the slopes and the Mont d’Arbois golf course, it is very close to the ski lifts (around 200m). It incorporates two chalets, a main chalet and a guest and staff chalet linked by an underground corridor.

The main chalet consists of a beautiful, bright, open-plan living space with cathedral ceilings, a double lounge separated by a fireplace, a small TV room, a dining room and a kitchen that can be closed off. A spacious, impressive library runs the length of this open plan living space, making it a real centrepiece. The decor combines furniture by top designers from the 50s and 60s with older objects and furniture, such as the dining room table and several wooden armchairs.

The lower floor comprises 3 double bedrooms, each with an ensuite bathroom, and a master suite with a separate TV lounge and ethanol fireplace, a dressing room and a bathroom that is both grandiose and unique, with a central round copper bathtub, two showers, two washbasins, two WCs and an ethanol fireplace. This is also the level where the spa is located, combining a large 12m x 6m swimming pool with a removable floor and counter-current, a steam room with a shower, a hot tub, another outdoor hot tub accessible via a patio door, a massage room and a small gym. There is a 6-bed children’s bedroom in the basement, with a children’s dining area not far from the professional kitchen, cinema room and wine cellar. The whole property is served by a beautiful glass lift.

The second chalet is for guests, with 3 ensuite double bedrooms, including a huge bedroom on the 1^st floor with a cathedral ceiling, ethanol fireplace and round copper bath. The basement is for chalet staff and any guest staff.
