Chalet des Ours

Ideally located just a ten to fifeteen-minute walk from the heart of Megève and five minutes from local shops, Chalet des Ours enjoys a setting that is both convenient and highly desirable. Accommodating up to fifteen guests — twelve adults and three children — the chalet features two master bedrooms, four double bedrooms and a children’s room with three beds, making it an excellent choice for large families or corporate groups seeking generous capacity at a compelling value within the resort.

A standout feature of the chalet is its expansive games room, designed as a true hub of entertainment and sociability. Complete with a cinema lounge, bar, pool table, table football, dartboard and poker table, it offers a lively yet welcoming atmosphere for all ages. A separate table tennis room further enhances the range of leisure options, ensuring plenty of opportunities for shared enjoyment.

The wellness area provides a serene retreat, with a well-appointed spa including a hot tub, sauna, massage table and shower. A softly backlit wall panel adds a warm, ambient glow, creating an inviting space in which to unwind. For those wishing to stay active, a gym equipped with a treadmill, exercise bike and free weights is also available.

The main living space is both bright and generously proportioned, centred around a dual-aspect lounge — one side arranged with a TV and fireplace — alongside a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast bar. This space extends seamlessly onto a large furnished balcony with barbecue and plancha, ideal for relaxed outdoor living.

In summer, the chalet takes on an added charm, with a pétanque court set within the garden and a terrace arranged for alfresco dining. Barbecues and long, leisurely aperitifs can be enjoyed in a convivial and relaxed atmosphere.
