Chalet Blackcomb

Chalet Blackcomb is situated in the hamlet of Le Crêt, almost equidistant between the Bellegarde Funival and the heart of Val d’Isère. The resort centre can be reached in 10–15 minutes on foot or in 2 minutes by car. Facing south, the chalet boasts beautiful mountain views, which can be enjoyed from two furnished balconies: one on the second floor next to the living room and the other on the first floor adjacent to the two main bedrooms has its own hot tub. The chalet sleeps 10 people in five very comfortable double bedrooms (some of which can be made into twins).

The ground floor comprises an entrance hall, a ski room with boot warmers, a garage and, most notably, a beautiful swimming pool with a relaxation area and shower. The five bedrooms and bathrooms are all on the first floor, leaving the second floor entirely devoted to two open-plan living areas with high ceilings and bay windows. These are separated by two classic French windows and a small-paned fixed bay window, which are typical of rustic Alpine chalets. The first living area includes a large lounge with white, beige and brown plush sofas and cushions, a fireplace, a TV, a reading corner and a dining room. The second area has a beautiful kitchen and a small lounge with a TV.

Chalet Blackcomb combines traditional wood and stone construction with a modern interior featuring exposed beams, small glass panes, elegant furniture, thick cosy fabrics and light-toned cushions providing a bright and inviting atmosphere.
