Chalet des Légendes

The beautiful Chalet des Légendes is brand new to Val d’Isère and available from winter 25/26. It oozes elegance and modernity featuring natural materials in bronze and beige tones elevating the luxury of an Alpine chalet to new heights. Located in the calm and serene area of Les Balmes, it is close to the snow front linking the Solaise and Olympique lifts, and a short 5-minute walk from the centre of Val d’Isère.

The surface area of 355m² spans 4 floors served by a lift. The chalet can comfortably host 12 people in 5 bedrooms, including a children’s bedroom with 2 bunk beds. The 1^st floor accommodates 4 bedrooms, while the top floor is entirely dedicated to the master bedroom. The 2^nd floor is home to the spacious living area, which boasts double-height ceilings and several bay windows to provide plenty of sunlight and panoramic views of the mountains and village. The space comprises a living room with a fireplace, a dining room, and a kitchen, which are separated by an opaque, sliding glass wall. The ambience is certainly inviting and cosy thanks to the wooden panelling on the walls, the chandeliers, the subdued lighting and the soft, comfortable contemporary sofas.

The sleek, modern spa, located on the ground floor, is the centrepiece of this chalet. The pool and hot tub area features a backlit photo panel wall and an original wooden ceiling with a wave-like shape, which is also replicated on the floor of the vast relaxation area, complete with loungers and armchairs. There is also a steam room and a massage room where you can truly relax and unwind. Adjacent to this is a superb bar where you can enjoy après-ski cocktails or digestifs at the end of the evening.
