It can accommodate up to 12 adults and four children, offering complete flexibility. Ideally positioned for ski-in/ski-out on the Santons red run, the property enjoys a peaceful position in the sought-after hamlet of La Legettaz. The Solaise and Bellevarde ski lifts are within easy reach, while the centre of the resort is just a ten-minute walk or a two-minute drive away.

The living areas are located on the top floor and feature double-height ceilings and expansive windows, which create a real sense of space and flood the living room with light. The contemporary yet cosy décor, fireplace and majestic bar — a true centrepiece — provide the perfect setting for enjoying pre-dinner drinks while taking in the spectacular views of the iconic Face de Bellevarde and the skiers racing down the slopes.
