Nestled in the peaceful enclave of Winkelmatten, the apartment offers ski-in access for confident skiers when snow conditions allow, with the Matterhorn Express lift station just a short e-taxi ride or ten-minute walk away. The centre of Zermatt is approximately 15 minutes on foot.

The upper level unites the top floors to create an exceptionally generous living space, comprising two lounges each with its own fireplace, two dining areas, and two fully equipped kitchens—offering remarkable flexibility for large groups.
